By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not access the Service.

8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or audit purposes.
CRM Data uploaded by you is retained for the duration of your active subscription. Upon account deletion, CRM Data is permanently deleted within 90 days. You can export all your data before deletion.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
10. International Data Transfers
Your data is primarily stored and processed within India (AWS Mumbai region). In limited circumstances, data may be processed outside India by our service providers (for example, for email delivery or analytics). In such cases, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including contractual protections consistent with Indian data protection laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will also send a notification via email or in-app message. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
