These Terms govern your access to and use of the Realatic CRM platform — the web application at realatic.com / app.realatic.com and the Realatic Android app (together, the "Service") — operated by Technix Infotech LLP ("we," "our," or "us"), a limited liability partnership registered in India.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Realatic is a CRM for real-estate agencies covering: lead management, in-app dialer with call logging, call-recording attachment, follow-up automation, WhatsApp/email/SMS communication, site-visit tracking, inventory management, and booking management — available as a web app and an Android app.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years of age and use the Service for legitimate business purposes.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
  • Safeguard your credentials; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • If using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Send spam or messages to contacts who have not consented to receive them.
  • Upload malicious content or test the security of the Service without permission.
  • Scrape or extract data from the Service without our prior written consent.
  • Share credentials or allow unauthorized users to access your account.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without our prior written consent.

4. Call Recording & Consent

Realatic does not record calls. Some Android phones record calls via their own built-in dialer. With your explicit consent, the Service can read and upload those recordings to attach them to lead records.

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable call-recording, telecommunications, and data-protection laws — including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — and for obtaining any consent required from the other party before recording, storing, or uploading a call.

You grant Realatic permission to process the call data and recordings you upload solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you enter.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless otherwise stated. Current pricing: /pricing.

5.2 Billing

  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance monthly or annually, depending on your selected cycle.
  • Payments are processed via Razorpay (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wire transfer).
  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all subscription fees.

5.3 Free Plan

The Free plan is available at no cost and does not require a credit card. Usage limits are described on the pricing page. We reserve the right to modify Free plan features with reasonable notice.

5.4 Upgrades & Downgrades

  • Upgrades take effect immediately; you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle.
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; access to higher-tier features continues until then.

5.5 Refunds

All paid plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee. Contact us within 14 days of a new subscription or upgrade for a full refund. After 14 days, fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

5.6 Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, including GST, which will be added to your invoices as required by Indian tax law.

6. Data Ownership

  • Your data: You retain full ownership of all data you upload, input, or create within the Service — leads, contacts, communications, recordings, and documents. We claim no ownership rights.
  • Export: You may export your data at any time in standard formats (CSV, Excel).
  • Portability on termination: Upon account termination, you have 30 days to export before data is permanently deleted.
  • License to us: You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access and process your data solely to provide the Service.
  • Lawfulness: Your use of the Service and the data you enter must comply with applicable law and any consents you have obtained from third parties.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Connecting Facebook/Meta, WhatsApp, or other third-party services also subjects you to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

8. Intellectual Property

  • The Service — including its design, code, trademarks, and logos — is owned by Technix Infotech LLP and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
  • The "Realatic" name and logo are trademarks of Technix Infotech LLP.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or factors beyond our reasonable control. We are not liable for downtime from third-party providers or force-majeure events.

10. Disclaimers & Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
  • We are not liable for any loss arising from your unlawful recording, storage, or processing of call data or any other data you enter.
  • Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under Indian law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Technix Infotech LLP, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

12. Termination

  • By you: You may terminate your account at any time from account settings. Paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • By us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or abusive behaviour, with reasonable notice where possible.
  • Effect: On termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You have 30 days to export your data; after 30 days, your data is permanently deleted and backups purged within 90 days.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

14. Dispute Resolution

  • Negotiation: Parties shall first attempt good-faith resolution for 30 days.
  • Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in India in English.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
