Data Deletion
You have the right to delete your data at any time — individual records, or your entire account. This page explains what gets deleted, when, and how to request it.
Compliant with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and Google Play Data Safety requirements.
What would you like to delete?
Delete a specific record
Delete an individual lead, contact, call log entry, uploaded recording, or document from within the app.
Delete my account
Permanently delete your Realatic account and all associated personal data, including all leads, call logs, recordings, and communications.
Deleting individual records
Leads, contacts, call logs, recordings, documents
Delete from within the app
Open the record (lead, contact, etc.) → tap the three-dot menu or swipe left → select Delete.
Record moves to Archive
The deleted record is held in a recoverable archive for 30 days. You can restore it during this window from Settings → Archive.
Permanently deleted after 30 days
After the 30-day archive window, the record and all associated data (call logs, recordings, notes) are permanently and irreversibly deleted from all systems.
Deleting your account
Removes your account and all data permanently
Option A — In-app (web or Android)
Go to Settings → Organization → Delete Account and confirm. Your account is immediately deactivated.
Option B — Email request
Send an email to support@realatic.com with:
- Subject: Data Deletion Request
- Your registered email address
- Your organization name

What gets deleted
What we may retain
In limited cases, Indian law requires us to retain certain records even after deletion. This applies only to:
- — Transaction and invoicing records required under the Goods and Services Tax Act and Indian tax regulations (retained for the legally mandated period)
- — Information subject to an active legal hold, court order, or government investigation
These retained records contain only the minimum information legally required and are not used for any other purpose.
Questions or complaints?
Our Grievance Officer responds within 90 days as required under the DPDP Act, 2023. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
